Phalloplasty – Penis Enhancement

With this surgery, you can modify the size of the penis (length and/or thickness).
It consists of exteriorizing a part of the penis that is hidden inside the pelvis, by taking out a pubic ligament. The surgery is done with local or general anaesthesia, depending on each particular case, there is not much bleeding, it is fast and it doesn’t alter sensibility, ejaculation or erection. Furthermore, it can improve erections, or in cases of impotence by age, diabetes, or other illnesses, silicon implants can be done at the same time.

This surgery is good for men that think their penis is too small or that have had physical traumas, defective surgeries, or congenital malformations.

Penis Implants for the Treatment of Impotence
Malleable or Semi rigid Prosthesis

This surgery is done by placing two silicon cylinders inside the penis; the prosthesis has the shape of a rod that can be bended downwards to urinate, or upwards to have sexual relations.

Hydraulic Mechanisms or Inflatable Prosthesis

These prostheses are devices with cylinders, filled with liquid that can be inflated to get an erection and are placed inside the penis. These cylinders are connected by pipes to a pump that is implanted inside the scrotum, which is the sack that contains the testicles. In the simplest devices, the pump transfers a small quantity or liquid to the cylinders to get an erection and it is extracted when the erection is not necessary anymore.

These implants guarantee a more natural feeling, allowing the control of the hardness and size of the penis for the sexual act.

This surgery is ambulatory, and in 90% of the cases is done by local anaesthesia, it doesn’t alter sensibility, minimum recovery time and total recuperation of the sexual functions in 100% of the cases.

Sphincter Implants for Urinary Incontinence

The surgical correction of urinary incontinence caused by congenital transformations or by damage of the sphincter due to spinal cord trauma, pelvis or by prostate, colon or rectum surgeries, and female incontinence, is done by placing an artificial sphincter made out of pressurized silicon.

It is an ambulatory surgery; it is done with local anaesthesia, with great world acceptance and with success in 95% of the cases.

Surgical Treatment for Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is a combination of neuromuscular phenomena that allow the progression of semen inside the urethra and its expulsion to the exterior, due to sexual arousal.

The surgical treatment for premature ejaculation is ambulatory, done with local anaesthesia that consists of suppressing some sensitive branches of the dorsal nerve of the penis.

For optimal results, this surgery requires adequate psychological treatment and the consumption of certain medicines, obtaining up to 85% improvement.

In cases of severe erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation that don’t improve with this procedure, the alternative is a prosthesis implant with a 100% success rate.

FEMALE SURGERIES

Vaginoplasty – Vagina Enhancement
Genital Remodeling (Labiaplasty)
Hymen Reconstruction

Vaginoplasty – Vagina Enhancement

This surgery allows the vaginal muscles to regain their lost elasticity. It is ideal for women who feel that their vagina is too open due to giving birth or aging and consequently they don’t enjoy their sexual relationships because they can’t retain inside them the penis of their partner. The surgery tightens the vaginal cavity, allowing more friction during intercourse, increasing the pleasure of the woman as well as the man during the sexual relationship.

Genital Remodeling (Labiaplasty)

Cosmetic Labiaplasty (labia reduction surgery and beautification) involves surgically reducing and/or reshaping the female external genital structures. This surgery is done in cases where the labia are too developed or dangling. It also corrects asymmetries or irregularities in their shape.

Hymen Reconstruction

Hymen reconstruction restores the virginal state in women, using very thin sutures to reunite the hymen fragments that are still in the vagina. When there are no fragments or for such women who where born without a hymen, the surgery reduces the vaginal cavity using a small portion or mucus membrane in order to obtain results equivalent to a hymen.
