Phalloplasty – Penis Enhancement

With this surgery, you can modify the size of the penis (length and/or thickness).
It consists of exteriorizing a part of the penis that is hidden inside the pelvis, by taking out a pubic ligament. The surgery is done with local or general anaesthesia, depending on each particular case, there is not much bleeding, it is fast and it doesn’t alter sensibility, ejaculation or erection. Furthermore, it can improve erections, or in cases of impotence by age, diabetes, or other illnesses, silicon implants can be done at the same time.

This surgery is good for men that think their penis is too small or that have had physical traumas, defective surgeries, or congenital malformations.

Malleable or Semi rigid Prosthesis

This surgery is done by placing two silicon cylinders inside the penis; the prosthesis has the shape of a rod that can be bended downwards to urinate, or upwards to have sexual relations.

These prostheses are devices with cylinders, filled with liquid that can be inflated to get an erection and are placed inside the penis. The surgical treatment for premature ejaculation is ambulatory, done with local anaesthesia that consists of suppressing some sensitive branches of the dorsal nerve of the penis.

For optimal results, this surgery requires adequate psychological treatment and the consumption of certain medicines, obtaining up to 85% improvement.

In cases of severe erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation that don’t improve with this procedure, the alternative is a prosthesis implant with a 100% success rate.

Vaginoplasty – Vagina Enhancement

This surgery allows the vaginal muscles to regain their lost elasticity.
